This service is $12.00 per month and is in addition to any mailbox or shipping fees. If we are not listed as your Registered Agent of record we are not required to accept legal paperwork on your behalf. If we choose to accept the legal paperwork on your behalf your fees could be $100 or more for each occurrence, so signing up for the registered agent service saves you a ton of money and ensures that we will accept legal paperwork on your behalf anytime it arrives.

All of our plans cover one legal entity. There is an additional charge for multiple legal entities:
One-Time Setup Fee: $49.00
Monthly Plan: $12.00 per month/per legal entity
Annual Plan: $119.00 per year/per legal entity (save 17% over the monthly plan)
