    How Is The Fee Calculated?

    The Notary Public's fee is set by NC law.  In NC the fee is $10 per signature or oath.  For example, if you have a single document and it has two signatures plus the signature of the Notary the total fee would be $20 since there are two individuals signing the document outside of the Notary. 

      What If My Document Requires Witnesses?

      The Notary cannot act as your witness and depending on the number of witnesses required by your document(s) our staff may not be able to accomodate your need.  Please plan ahead and bring witnesses with you to avoid any issues.
